SCOTUSBlog reports that Kavanaugh is reading from the summary of his opinion on National Republican Senatorial Committee v. Federal Election Commission, Sotomayor may or may not read from her dissent.

Trump endorsed Thune for Senate majority leader.
Lol no he didn't. The Senate leadership 'race' was closed to all but the Senators themselves and Trump wasn't even in office at the time. The least faggy/RINO option there was Rick Scott, who was endorsed by various Trump orbiters but got eliminated in the first round; afterwards it came down to Thune vs. John Cornyn (who was well established as one of the worst RINOs out there and who Trump endorsed against recently, as you should well know).

The closest I can find to a source claiming Trump 'endorsed' Thune is this one claiming Steve Daines said it, but a later part of the article directly contradicts what the headline is implying.

When contacted for this piece, Daines' office said to Fox News Digital that he had told his colleagues, "Trump likes Thune" before ballots were cast.

After publication, Daines Deputy Communications Director Rachel Dumke denied the story.

"This anonymously sourced story is false. Sen. Daines told his colleagues that President Trump likes Sen. Thune, but he never said he endorsed him. If President Trump endorsed in that race everybody would have known about it."

Thats right, grassroots campaigning and personally getting out there to slowly push the needle towards your side because commies have been subverting shit since the 40's and to expect that politcal conquest can happen overnight is absurd. Seriously the niggers shouting "EITHER DO IT NOW NOW NOW OR IM GOING TO SELF SABOTAGE" should be thrown in the mass grave with the traitors
Don't look at V, look at dV. Doomers and other retards don't see the massive change happening, but it's not NOW NOW NOW, they are going to be gay about it.
You don't go from multiculturalsm to RWDS overnight, but think of the average normie.
They just are in shock right now; they just saw the system lies about niggers get proven wrong in real time and are still processing it.

Final opinion is here, it is for the birthright citizenship case known as Trump v. Barbara.

The court strikes down the executive order.

It is ultimately a 6-3 ruling.

The court holds that the order violates the 14th Amendment.

Thomas has a dissenting opinion, joined by Alito; Alito and Gorsuch filed dissenting opinions.

Kavanaugh concurs in the judgment and dissents in part. He says that the EO does not violate the 14th Amendment but does violate the federal statute that codified the 14th Amendment.

Sotomayor, Kagan, Barrett, and Jackson join the Roberts opinion in full.

Roberts concludes that children born to parents who are in the United States unlawfully or temporarily are "born in the United States" and "subject to the jurisdiction thereof." "Under the Constitution, they are citizens at birth."
