Canada is on the verge of shattering, it sounds like the Carny is spending money like water and bailing out his buddies in the real estate industry and Alberta is seriously thinking about leaving. It might not be that hard to install a puppet government after letting them suffer for a few years.
Cowboy and Indians 2.0 time?

I think the earthquake has a good chance for T-Bone to use Venezuela as a mini Japan/korea in line with his “let’s fix the broken dirty things” ethos of term 47. We’ll gladly help you rebuild for an extra 5% of the established oil revenue split, you get actually engineered good shit instead of concrete crush condos, and all we want is for you guys to stay the fuck there and not come over here. We will take the doggos and other pets but no humans.

If anything this might delay our crane game grab of Cubas leaders, so those fags get to breathe easily for a bit.

People are free to hate Koch but love Thiel, just don't be surprised when his interests don't always align with yours. Billionaires are a political class to themselves.
I'm not disagreeing, which is why I pointed out that these guys got their hooks in the government specifically because it's an ongoing money hose that's far more reliable than relying exclusively on private sector endeavors. It's why Amazon, for example, didn't really stabilize until it started getting contracts with the feds for AWS.

I seriously doubt anyone on the right loves Thiel, other than for the public service he performed in helping Hulk Hogan legdrop Gawker into oblivion. It's nice that he supports right-wing candidates, but most of the right, at least, still understands these people are not to be trusted because they're loyal to their bank accounts, not any specific political team. Look how Elon can act when he gets on one of his autistic rages, and he probably executed one of the most consequential political acts of the last 20 years when he bought Twitter.

I'm pretty ambivalent about Thiel, but he's not some johnny come lately like bezos or elon.
Thiel and David Sacks wrote 'the diversity myth' way back in 1995.
They're silicon valley (non pozzed) libertarian types, and that's okay, it's not really a toxic background.
They're still pretty much that but also are making overtures - and spending money on - a more pro america idea.

I don't "love him", but I also don't find his ideas particularly offensive, and also don't think he's some type of supervillain that everyone seems to think he is.

How is it that site is still online without endless bombardment by DDoS'ing, litigation by lolcows, and endless harassment by government officials? It's actively building dossiers on active law enforcement operations (arguably legitimately illegal
Because the feds aren't ready to close off the honeypot yet.

JD is not Pence. Even back then, it was understood pence was just there as a seat warmer, and to get moderate votes. JD has been unusually active for a VP. Trump has been testing him by giving him tasks he would otherwise have dealt with himself. Trump isn't stupid. He wants to see if JD can take his place. Same with Rubio. In the end I imagine one will be chosen to run without much blood, metaphorically speaking. Trump has been picking his heir this whole time.
At this point it's a question of if it's Vance/Rubio or Rubio/Vance. My money is on the former.

She allowed US oil companies to partner with their nationalized oil company and is selling their oil on the open market instead of just China. She is a commie, but she is also a coward who knows it is best for her health to be very receptive to any requests the US has of her. She is just warming the seat until the next election and knows it.
She also has to know if things keep going so well that she's likely to get elected.

idk if this has been talked about on here but seems sort of important
trump buck broke europe on trade after the tariff shit he's been doing.
This deal was reached last year and people were seething about it then, the EU has just now got around to ratifying it because it has to go through the slog of Euro bureaucracy. At this rate, the sunset clause will be reached before anything on the ground happens.

Lol at having it expire when the new president is in office. Euros are really optimistic that they are going to get another dem that will wipe their ass and allow them to take advantage of Americans.

Someone is mad their taxpayer funds got cut off:

This is the thing thats wild about all these 'jd is secretly sabotaging trump things'.
Republican voters like Trump. They elected Trump twice. The 2nd time after years and years of people trying to destroy him.

If JD vance actually "betrayed" Trump in any meaningful way, the base would turn on him (not to mention what trump himself would do).
Completely sabotaging all of his future political ambitions. He'd probably be run out of Washington on a rail.

There is quite literally 0 upsides and a multitude of negatives for him.
So for him to do that would be completely fucking braindead
And we know Vance is not braindead. So it just doesn't pass the sniff test.

But plenty of voters are stupid and influencers with bad motives (and who are stupid themselves like Larry Loomer) know this, so thats why you see this stuff spread
it's all just a psyop
Not to mention, if Vance "betrayed" Trump, do you think Trump would be quiet about it? Especially in his second term where he has zero fucks to give. If he feels someone has wronged him he's not the sort to just shy away from it. Right now as I see it 2028 is already decided between Rubio and Vance, it'll all come down to who Trump throws his endorsement to and that moment should also solidify MAGA as the new direction the party goes in, hopefully driving out the rest of the Never Trumpers.

She also has to know if things keep going so well that she's likely to get elected.
I doubt she gets elected in a fair vote, she has the stink of Chavismo all over her, and the attitude I've seen from the average Venezuelan suggests they want to be done with that whole mess.

The problem Venezuela has politically, is finding an actual opposition figure. Chavez and Maduro cleaned a lot of them out. Another risk is that she might backslide to Chavista shit once Trump is out of office, assuming she somehow remains as the puppet leader but I'd assume Rubio and the rest of the State Department have been combing over potential replacements to keep the country firmly in our sphere of influence.

He's a young man, it's appropriate he should be doing things. I think that's why a lot of the establishment doesn't like him. He's young, he's sharp, and while the boomers have experience, they are getting frail. He is a threat and people like Schumer and Mitch are afraid of him.
Bros posting multiple times a day to stump for JD Vance, meanwhile Vance goes out saying As Vice President I can't be fired, so I'm not compromised like OTHER PEOPLE. Sure Vance, you're not compromised - as you use your MOU drama to go out and sell more copies of your books.

You might turn a blind eye and say Boomers are dumb and old, but everyone who's actually in DC knows what JD Vance is doing on the day to day. And this thing about "I can't be fired" is clearly not an innocuous little blip on the map. Have any VP's gone out making public statements about their immunity? Did you see Joe Biden say "Barack Obama can't fire me" - no. Every other VP focuses on an image of unity with the President. Every other VP knows better than to say something that clearly implies a wedge or ideological friction.

Also, Trump putting Vance on planes with 20-24 hour flight times is not Trump grooming Vance to take the mantle. Its Trump removing Vance from DC on tasks that never bear fruit.

The notion Trump is secretly grooming Vance to succeed him is 100% cope.

Your take is 100% retardation.

Vice Presidents don’t usually go to the signings of treaties, you monumental dipshit.
