Absolutely, 5 doesn't stand on it's own at all. It completely loses the momentum from 4 and leaves way too much to be picked up in 6.

I prefer it this way. If 6 and 7 are meant to be the "serious chapters" then I would've been madder if 6 was awesome and we had to wait long for 7.

Judging by how Gaster tells you at the end of Chapter 4 that Deltarune is halfway complete, I think Toby was thinking of it like this: Chapters...
