Speaking of kaufmo the flashback sequence shit in episode 9 shows how like after he reveals the possible mom murder to his frog gf and then starts walling her off to hang out with the other dude in their close friend group which causes her to abstract for reasons, he the immediately starts doing the same shit to kaufmo who doesn't know jack shit about it. What spurs it on is literally him going "bro I'm here for you" and he's like HAHA I DON'T NEED YOU DUMBASS!! which later becomes "GO BE CRAZY ELSEWHERE" when he tries telling jax about the possible exit door he found. Like yeah it's supposed to be a "bro what the fuck" moment but given everything post-finale it's even more "what the fuck" in ways not really intended.
Apart from the evil kaufmo clones harassing @Two Frogs Kaufmo by all means was a bro and deserved better. Even when he's told to "go be crazy somewhere else" after mentioning a possible exit door he's not even wacked out or nutty which makes you wonder what exactly fucking happened that led to him scribbling all that ratman-esque shit over his wall in the first episode before turning into the hateful eyeball monster. It's not even the same kinda guy that you'd expect to do those things.
Obviously the answer for why it's so different is just bad writing and not an actual explanation of shit that happened between those moments cause it doesn't fucking exist
