So in Georgia there's this guy named Ryan Krichbaum, aka L4st, who was accused of sexual abuse but the accusations were completely wrong, and yet despite this the organizers running the Georgia Smash scene decided to kick him out without even investigating and taking the accusations at face value. L4st decided to get a lawyer and sue the organizers, and just a few days afterwards they issued this retraction on his ban.
