The left works VERY hard to convince the right to never organize cause it's "commie shit" and "obviously a fed op." They do so becuase the left is fully aware that organization is a huge force multiplier for movements.
They do this in politics by having "right wing" moles that are political advisors that convince the right to waste their time -- Ann Coulter is a famous one that works with the right to make them waste their time and energy generating sound clips for the left instead of being productive -- as well as infiltrating every righty group to ensure they're distracted or destroyed.
The reason they freaked out about the Project 2025 book by the Heritage Foundation is, in part, that it was all about "here is how the right can effectively organize for change." Seriously that's the big takeaway from that book. It was half "this is what the department of X was founded to do, this is how the left scope-creeped it into supporting their gay race communism, here's how we cut out the crap and make it back to the actual parts that are needed and nothing else" and half "here's how civics works and if you want to change things, join a local GOP branch and run for Dog Catcher." The reason they freaked out about that book is that righties are NOT allowed to learn to organize. The left will literally start killing them before they let them do that (e.g., Charlie Kirk).
