Kino. Coffezilla has got mad investigative skills. Some previosly unknown information revealed in this investigation:
  1. The estimated total value of the collection according to the Gormans’ spreadsheets is actually closer to 107,000 dollars.
  2. The McNeff brothers and the Gormans both presented video- and photographic evidence of the inventory that remained in the store on the night the Gormans were thrown out. Atleast 3 items from Bryan’s collection pictured in the Gormans’ footage were not listed on the inventory list made by Brandon Best.
  3. A U-haul truck was on location the night the Gormans were evicted from their BAM store. It went from there being no U-haul there at all according to corporate - Brandon arrived in a rental car - to there suddenly being a U-haul truck there (after Coffeezilla found images of it) but it was about some weird camper van towing story, and not at all about moving inventory to other BAM locations.
  4. Coffeezilla pointed out flaws in how Gorman handled keeping track of layaways and seemed to lose track of some of the sets. She admitted it’s possible she may have missed adding some of these layaways to the list of sold items after they had been paid off and collected, meaning Bryan did not get his share of those sales (is how I understood it, correct me if I’m wrong).
  5. BAM unknowingly had access to the Gormans’ Salem Keizer inventory list all along on their corporate google drive. Ammon became visibly flustered at this revelation.
  6. BAM is suing Mansell et al. for 1.3 million dollars.

I'm more annoyed normies are rallying behind this instead of every other blatant form of corruption carried out by any other demographic with an in group preference. People will get their pitchforks out for Legos but not the billions stolen from rampant fraud in immigrant communities across the country.
It makes more sense when you consider that the terminally online likely have an affinity for legos, but are likely not part of the 50% of the population paying federal income tax.
8 billion stolen by somalis dies not affect them they think, but a stolen kego collection hits home.

Still disgusting though, it's time to give Deseret the 1857 treatment

Bricks and Minifigs owners Ammon and Matthew McNeff executed a hostile takeover of their father's multi-million dollar company, Legally Mine - removing him through arbitration, then suing him for $2M in federal court while funneling company funds into their LEGO empire. BAM has been failing since inception, and this is just the latest legal maneuver from its owners to plunder whatever they can.

LOL
Hang on, Exhibit C is a Patreon video. Now I'm curious did they grab that independently or from us here? :story:
Imagine creating a company called Legally Mine only to have your two blood sucking faggot Mormon sons steal it right out from under you.

The story Ammon told made no fucking sense, and he looked shady as all hell trying to talk in circles about it. The story the Anonymous Caller told made more sense, where Brandon took the legos from the Gormon store, to the Anonymous Caller store to sell. These mormon shitbags are lying, and they know they're lying.

They are screwing with his video and have manipulated it so it has blur spots that will make people not want to watch it. Ben is trying get the bad blurs removed. The support keeps telling him it's impossible.
Another youtuber I watch had a random blur on their video they uploaded about a month ago. They left a comment talking about how 'Youtube glitched & there is a weird censor for some people on the first 40 seconds'. So I wonder if its something to do with the site & not an intentional move towards Ben? Would be curious if its happened to other creators as well.
Also this kid Ben did major damage to the Mckamey manor scam in his last series, so I owe him some gratitude. Russ Mckamey is also an enormous faggot.
Russ Mckamey is a freak con artist who was made to look a fool in Ben's video series on him. It's a pretty good watch imo. Nowadays Russ is a Facebook 'Digital Creator' posting about his 'dog sanctuary' and 'losing 62k in bonds'

I would expect the brazen thievery and corruption from much browner countries, but then again Mormons are barely a step above Voodoo. They could do with a couple martyrs though, fucking boil all Lego thieves alive or throw them to the lions.

The only thing that pokes holes in the U-haul LEGO trafficking theory is the time stamps of the photos of the mileage taken by Brandon Best. According to Coffeezilla the timeline doesn’t add up, there wasn’t enough time for BB to drive to the Eugene location, unload everything and return the truck.

It’s hella sus either way.

The two most noticeable things when Ammon talks are his autistic stress sigh and the fact that every story and answer has some roundabout explanation that changes every time he tells it.
Not the crazy eye darting, like he's searching for answers? Because that stuck out to me.

I think Coffeezilla's video recontextualizes BaM's statement a few days ago where they announce the resignation of Brandon and Joshua quite a bit. I think they were trying to get ahead of the release of this. Coffeezilla presented the McNeffs with proof that Brandon's accounting of inventory was wrong, corporate had access to the Gormans' inventory list the whole time, and there is no way that the Gormans could have lost/stolen as much as they originally alleged.

I've seen Mormonism described as Islam for Whites. It makes sense on multiple levels.

"It didn't take long for Ammon and Matt to begin pounding on Legally Mine for funds to pay for BAM Franchising, Inc. They contacted everyone involved demanding immediate payment for BAM without consideration of Legally Mine and its employees. I have been denied access (including "read only" access) to the BAM account. Ammon and Matt have been assigned to full-time management of BAM. If Ammon and Matt have not mismanaged BAM, it should have sufficient funds to pay as Legally Mine has paid employees and my sons stopped paying rent as of February, 2020.

I have in fact, been in touch with the two previous owners of BAM Franchising, Inc., who are carrying the loan on the purchase of this business. They are aware of the situation with us not doing any events and are not expecting back payments, but are willing to extend their payments once the COVID SITUATION ENDS.

In other words, I will not have to make back payments, they will simply have me start making payments and extend the length of the contract. Furthermore, David Ortiz, one of the original owners who is carrying the contract, is telling me that he is being contacted daily by franchisees from BAM to complain about the fact that no one is doing anything for them. No one will contact them.

My preference would be for Ammon and Matt to concentrate their efforts on the running and management of the close to 40 stores in the franchise as they have been assigned. David and John assure me that it is in fact a full-time job and the sooner it is treated that way, the better off we will all be. My first priority is to Legally Mine, its employees"
