I heard Hasan's "KILL YOURSELF" bit live (being right at the start of the stream), and it immediately struck me as being a repeat of his infamous "KILL RICK SCOTT" moment. He enunciates the phrase three times, obviously just saying it while slyly securing his "context" mask to claim that he isn't if confronted about it. All while his audience totally get his real meaning and are giggling along. His chat even has an emote to signal that they recognize his game and are playing along with it.
A lot of people have the impression of Hasan of being clumsy in how he speaks, but while that's true in a lot of ways, he's also constantly very careful and sly with his words to skirt TOS and dupe those who aren't familiar with his game while also getting across his subversive, radical aims to the audience he courts.
