hi so i did some cool and good research. committing acts of bestiality in france is illegal and carries a maximum of 2 years prison time and a fine up to €30,000, but sale, distribution, and possession laws are unknown, at least to americans. it’s definitely best to assume that those are also crimes, but some countries have stupid laws so he could technically be in the clear, which is disgusting, but that’s how it is sometimes.

Are you sure he isn’t just reposting zoo porn from some website? Internet reactionaries aren’t always credible. Account’s locked so I can’t check myself. I wouldn’t be surprised if it’s already deleted and if not, it’s gonna get his account suspended.

Of course I hope the pic isn’t OC, and he doesn’t have any new pets. But proof is necessary when such big claims are made.

He’s just been reposting a lot of zoo content and since the account is locked, there is no way for people to really mass report and suspend his account. A handful of reports isn’t going to lead to his account being suspended unfortunately.

Hi, French person here !
Made some digging online concerning the sale & distribution of zoopornography in France, found one article online from the Sénat (our Parliament) dated from 2010, technically it was punishable of 3 years of imprisonment and a fine of 75 000€ but there were no laws regulating this during those times.

However, with some new adjustments of the law in 2021, now, a person convicted of zoophilia will be registered to the FIJAIS (our registration system for sex offenders like pedophiles) but unfortunately, you can still watching online images & videos without being incriminated. But, it's illegal to film and distributing online (for filming it's 3 years of prison and a fine of 45 000€ and for distributing it's 2 years of prison and a fine of 30 000€)

Pakyto traveled from France to the USA in 2023 to attend Anthrocon and visit the parents of his dead pedo boyfriend RC Fox. There was an attempt to get him investigated/blocked but the authorities did nothing and neither did Anthrocon. This is some of the info posted then.
