eta: looking at the agenda, I guess they could be talking about all the similar items up front before voting? This seems to be the first item in a block of items sponsored by THE CHAIR relating to lawsuits needing taxpayer money to get rid off.
First closed session today. I'd assume due to the length they are not discussing just Pat's settlement, but all settlement issues due to be voted on today
Seems like the lawyers who offered the settlement are going to advise the council on whether to accept or not the settlement that they themselves came up with.
