Looks like he’s a weird charismatic family man who pals around with skaters, both old and half his age. He probably happened to meet Bam one day and is the kind of guy who will insist to exchange numbers and then will hit you up constantly. A bit of a busybody but probably not a bad guy.

I think she specified they're not hers, she just hears fucked up shit. Their dad fucked them up bad. Earlier when jet asked "which one of you do your parents like more?" My skin crawled.
