Even if he wanted to change it, he couldn't, because it's been his brand for 11 years at this point. He’s also never beating the allegations of his entire channel being built off of industrial level of EPI in the mid to late 2010’s.

I consider this to be very unlikely, he pronounced Nutaku very differently from his name, even though the official pronunciation is probably nut-aku similar to his name. Also he doesn't seem to want to be associated with Nutaku in any way, even though this was in 2022

This is something that e-celebs do sometimes, they have an official "unofficial" community in case stuff that happens in there gets discovered so that they have a shield to protect them. In other words, for just such a situation as this, and that's the reason why Leaflit was unable to answer Momma Occo's question about why her mother owned the server. Of course, those e-celebs are usually intelligent enough to not have their mom own the server and to not have it be their official patreon community.

It looks like someone didn't watch the video. Leaflit's mother is the owner of the server, and Leaflit is an administrator for it. Both she and Leaflit interacted with the server by making moderating decisions. Leaflit's Patreon "Discord Access" directly leads to the same server, which has Patreon-exclusive channels. This was all shown in Harmful Opinion's video. These people are showing they don't know the full context or are lying by omission. How lovely and dishonest of them.
