According to the Supreme Court you may not sue USPS if they intentionally do not deliver your mail...

So, they can keep my mail, and I can't do a damn thing about it? So much for them being a "private" entity now... Total USPS death!

I guess this means that any penalties that occur because mail is delivered late or not at all must now be waved since there can be no guarantee...

So what does that mean? A random USPS worker can steal $4,000 in electronics that you ordered online and you can't do squat about it?

That's really, really dumb and i'm saying that looking from in from the outside
