I got a video about VCS being released on PC by White Trash Games, which are Russian devs.

GTA: LCS was released on mobile a few years ago. I should try to 100% LCS on my iPhone.

Interestingly there seems to be a PC port of VCS in the works from fellow ruskies. Release date TBD.
