if you sell books, (manga), likely on ebay, you have to first cut ebay a portion, then you have to have it for a price people will buy it for, a product people would buy, shipping/handling, package costs, and time involved for the whole process. selling in general unless you start serious shit isn't worth it and isn't enough to just "well i'll sell a few manga sets and be good a few months". even with other cow shit of big statues etc, even if you have some marvel museum statue in your closet, you'd have to take a loss from retail, you'd have to cut ebay/site a bigger slice, wait days, weeks, or months for a buy or accept a lowball, pay far more shipping and handling AND learn how to ensure to pack it to minimize risk of damage, AND get insurance it case it happened to go missing, AND pray you don't get a buyer that says it arrive broken regardless and gets a refund, and you may get a fucked up statue back.

take all that time and less than min wage/benefits and move to a normal person area, and don't "know your worth", get your ass to a local dollar general or equivalent and work, your bf works too, eat rice/lentil soup, get clothes etc from outlet stores/thrift stores if you're in the danger zone, don't be retarded and you can live like your average redneck couple and with savings even eventually, potentially have room to do occasional crazy trip shit

Possibly bought them individually then bought a set / tankoubon that included those chapters. Or maybe she got them as gifts.

The other possibility is she has so many that she forgot she bought one or she's been holding onto some that are still sealed in the hopes it will go up in value.

As a former Half Price Books employee, I spent a lot of time explaining to frustrated customers why the offers were so low. Here’s the reality: unless it’s a rare collectible, the store sells items at half the original retail price and gives you a 10–30% cut of that amount. For instance, if you bring in a $20 manga, the store sells it for $10, meaning you only walk away with $1–$3. If a seller brought in higher quality items and we wanted to offer them 40%, a manager had to approve it. We actually had to justify those higher totals by sorting the items into physical stacks to show the manager exactly how we calculated the value.

For rare items, we would check 'sold' listings on eBay or similar sites and price them accordingly (sometimes even higher). If you want to maximize your profit and don't mind the extra effort of shipping, you're almost always better off listing your items yourself on Mercari or eBay.

Yeah we know she doesn't have insurance, which is insane cause surely they'd be able to get free obamacare or calmed or whatever free if they bothered to even try. Or base medicaid.

She probably needs $100 worth of antibiotics at most. Augmentin is virtually free all over. I just can't with this dumb girl, she's just asking to die now. It sounds like she has early onset lung infection to me.

It's gotten a huge influx of views and comments over the last two months, probably due to her and her orbiters on shit tons of alts spamming links to the video, if not outright bots. Rounding out, it's at 181k views as of this writing. The comments are some the most MK Ultra shit you'll ever see. Anything even remotely negative gets scrubbed and so many of them sound the same. They're even structured the same, as if it was a prompt written into ChatGPT over and over again.

Is Vic even aware of the video? This is easily the biggest blow to him since the botched case and he isn't doing anything about it, and these people continue to tear him down. No restraining orders? No cease-and-desists? No counter statements? No anything?

I don't know if I can keep standing up for someone who won't even stand up for himself. It just isn't worth it anymore. I don't want to say that he deserves what he gets because of it, but I've been too black pilled lately.

She 'donated' all those proceeds to a DV 'charity' anyway, so no. That vid only got her simps to pay and it was only about $3,4k total on that. She had no past or future for making anything online. Her husband is a part time bus boy. From what we've down, he isn't making much at all to support them.

Now she has claimed that nobody 'really knows' her real life situation cause she only posts parts of it, but.. Naw, she's a mess and I still will say probably resells her pain meds.

That fight has been long since over, with Armz being the only one to give a shit. Vic himself has moved on since it wasn't like the clique would let him back into the anime industry as a VA anyway regardless of the outcome of the case that Ty Beard fucked up, as did the rest of the people at Funimation. Meanwhile Armz, one of the people with the least involvement in anything, is the one who can't move on with her life.
