S1 of DS9 is dry as the Sahara. They needed more Odo episodes. (Like that moody occupation flashback with Odo and Kira in S2.) In “A Man Alone”...

They were much kinder to 'Storyteller' than my memories were. Maybe I'll rewatch S1. Nice to see them positive in general, really.
