That sounds delicious! I'm honestly a huge fan of more tropical hot sauces, which go great with sushi in my past experience. I wish I could try some!

I've used passion fruit, strawberry, blackberry, mango in the blend. All are good. Never tried the xanthan gum as I just blend it for a long time...
