I wonder if Useful Mistake is holding out on us.

Hardin filed that. He's letting the court know the fuckery that is afoot.
OBJECTION! I was ninja'ed. The joke was so funny that Hardin filed a response to ruin it while I was typing.

The "impact this Court’s administration of its own docket[.]" language at the end is an oblique reference to the ability of a federal court to issue an extraordinary writ prohibiting a state court from proceeding. This almost never happens and there are numerous abstention doctrines against it, but when a state court actually directly interferes in the progress of a federal case, it can happen.
That's interesting, and potentially very funny if Hardin gets that ball rolling.

I actually thought it was a callback to a previous point Hardin made, that if the Court grants one of Greer's several demands for protective orders, it will completely stop the lawsuit from moving forward. Obviously the judges aren't fearful of losing momentum, generally. But it's still worth reminding them that Greer is trying to derail rather than prosecute his own lawsuit.

So, we gonna be positive Polly's about the only obvious way the judges can rule on this since Greer has basically told them to give me what I want or I really start to shit things up?
The courts will 100% give it to greer, I don't see why people are thinking this will backfire for him. If normal law applied to the limpfaced faggot, this thread would not exist

Did it cost Russell any money to file the protective order against Hardin?

I'm attempting the futile and trying to understand Greee's train of thought here; is his suit against Hardin supposed to remove him from this case?
I'm going to phrase it from Greers likely point of view... Its to stop Hardin from ruining his reputation and brothel plans by uncovering all these other dirty dealings he's had around vegas. He thinks these activities are "fishing expeditions" not related to copyright and would like Hardin to just stick to being a neutral third party in securing his settlement.

If you follow the full Greer package, he thinks himself a bigshot wheeling-dealing pimp and entertainment mogul who's going to run some big shot brothels while releasing hit records and best selling graphic novels. When Hardin then tries to ask a supposed business partner who may not even know they were a busness partner, about the Greer's finances, it knocks down the house of cards that he has been establishing with his fake it til you make it approach to success.

Hardin should frame Shitlips's Protection Order request and the inevitable denial.

Nothing could be a bigger endorsement than getting something like that from an opponent, especially a pro-se retard.
Gonna make a great bar story one day. "Yeah, that was a nice case you won and all, but let me tell you about the time I clowned an opposing party so hard they made 20 docket entries in a week and filed a protective order against me."

Funniest development from here would be the judge coming back, saying "wait, Russell, you STILL didn't get the restraining order application we ordered you to produce a year ago?" and completely ignoring all the other noise so they can award sanctions and finally dismiss the case. Greer wasting all this time on worthless sperging, only realizing that it's all ultimately irrelevant once it's too late, would be so kino.

You said you had to wait for the USPS. They seem to be able to accept other payment methods.
U_M has to wait for the documents to arrive via USPS, not for the payment to be delivered via USPS.

EDIT: Disregard me, I am incorrect!

It has in every other case Greer has filed. These judges are uniquely incompetent.

I think it's possible the Clark County judge will throw the case out even ex parte. It's way worse than what got Patrick Tomlinson's thrown out and got him berated by the judge.

It would be the height of hilarity if this court work up, slapped the fuck out of a relatively innocent and unrelated state court, and then went back to sleep for a thousand more docket entries (e.g, until Jan 3).

Ah fuck Vegas is too damn quick.

The last three times he tried to get such an order in Vegas, they were all denied, all in the past few years. The odds aren't in his favor, especially if he admitted he's trying to sue the lawyer of a guy he's suing.

Edit: wow, that was fast!

Yeah. Because I intend to send over a money order. If you want to call up the court and give them your name and credit card details (or visit them in person), feel free.

Incorrect. They'll give me the docs via email
