To be fair, I don't think it's ever explicitly said that Jem Hadar *can't* sexually reproduce, just that there are no females... I'm not entirely...

Nothing that existed in the ST universe produced something like that, that's why we loved it.

I mentioned this a few months ago when the character was first revealed, but you could argue that Jem'Hadar biology has changed in the centuries...
