Zohran Mamdani will be the 111th mayor of New York City, defeating former governor Andrew Cuomo and Republican candidate Curtis Sliwa and making history as the city’s first Muslim mayor and, at 34, its youngest in more than a century.

His victory marks a stunning rise for from little-known state lawmaker to leader of the nation’s biggest city. Mamdani has held a steady lead in the race since he pulled of a shock upset over Cuomo, the former three-term governor, in June’s Democratic primary.

Current mayor Eric Adams, who had campaigned for a second term as an independent, dropped out of the race in September.

I think in general Muslims are not as bright as Jews in terms of like legal thinking

It surprises me they have an ADL equivalent

Jews understand how to argue effectively and they can be very ingratiating

Muslims not so much at least not in my experience

You'd be wrong. For starters, jews are an ethnicity not simply a religion.

If you meant 'arabs', Mamdani is indian.

Despite how much they and everyone else scream bloody murder when you mention it, on (heavily doctored) paper jews are supposed to be more intelligent but really are just as clever on average as an arab.

If we're going off of deep lore arabs and jews both are from Shem, hence, 'semite'. Indians, technically speaking, would also be considered of that lineage.

This could prove extremely detrimental to the democratic party especially in the short term. If contested states see their left leaning population decrease for whichever Mamdami policy appeals to them then electoral college votes and some state level elections could sway further to the right. It's likely you to be Gen Z relocating to an already deep blue state instead of Texas, Florida, etc.

unlikely, this is NYC we're talking about. Mamdani isn't going to make NYC affordable for Gen Z poors that want to move there for free tranny drugs or groceries or whatever.

Think of the white guilt over the holocaust

Black people don’t care that much that Kanye is an outright Nazi “ahhh he’s jus’ bein’ black”

Some of the educated Blacks care, or people with a Jewish mom and absentee Black dad

In general though like the threat is not whitey

that’s usually not who’s breaking into the house or robbing the store

It’s just usually not whitey

In business white people are also just more likely to respect a contract

It’s just a really odd way to be they just do it to themselves I swear
