IIRC RT has rules for making other weapons and character profiles. 2nd ed might too for weapons, I’m like 99% sure it had one for custom vehicles...

I miss these oldhammer images, the goblin green matts were classic looking. Although I did get to play 40k with lotr terrain at a gamestore recently.
