Nozomi is just Dress Hina but for sonic damage. Combined with Hikari she is absolutely unreplaceable for the next FRR raid which is Tipharath...

Nozomi is better for single target (purple grand assaults, tiphereth), S.Hanako is better for AOE fights (Kurokage, Goz phase 1, Chesed phase 1).
