It's still Duckstation. Even if stenzek chimps out and deletes the entire emulator repo, you can still just get the most recent version online...

Beetle PSX on RetroArch's done the job well for me (Your ROMs have to be CHD files however, so be ready with chdman if you get bins and cues)
