That she keeps harping about this OBJECTIVE falsehood is absolutely laughable.

The judge has dismissed the only 2 defamation cases that came before her, one for jurisdiction issues like what Ron is gunning here for what its worth. From what I've read the judge considering a motion to dismiss without a conference is a good sign for Jeffy boy as well. Trying to be objective as possible I think Alyssa's legal strategy might have been successful if every legal document they submitted wasn't dragging the reader through exhausting hyperbolic mire. I think Rons support letter reads alot better and does a better job of accurately citing case law.

I think it'll be dismissed on jurisdiction issues if I was a betting man.

The second case the judge dismissed due to failure to state a claim, which is the other option Ron is aiming for here.
But I agree, I think it will simply be dismissed without prejudice due to lack of jurisdiction.
