"Molly" appears to be/have been @Shaboom on Twitter, an alleged elderly woman posting like a 19-year-old Tumblrite. Claimed to have terminal bone cancer, but also claimed ME/CFS and long COVID so who the fuck knows. I will leave deciphering her feed to more committed munchieologists if they so choose.

She was some kind of corporate coach for years and quit in a huff for reasons I am not interested enough to dig into.
Based on her high school graduation date as shown on LinkedIn I would put her at around 72, 73. Her behavior is par for the course for a boomer woman with green hair, sadly. I don't think this is a fake.
Her FB chronicles among other things her adventures in getting trespassed from a whole chain of local hospitals:
The drama seems to center around her outlandish and aggressive behavior which she attributes to "long covid."
In addition to sending unhinged, lengthy emails, her unacceptable behavior also included stalkerish targeting of a specific doctor, and making deranged TikToks directed at her. These videos are both unhinged and strangely boring, but sample one here if you wish:

Yeah either her dad or her (ex?) husband was a lawyer and it looks like her son may be one too. I didn't hang around long enough to clarify all the familial relationships, but she lists the law firm as one of her past gigs on LinkedIn.

Also means that when she was taken off their rolls, her next alternatives were probably in Silverdale or Bremerton, which is a working-class, down-at-heels Navy town where they don't take no shit. The hospitals on that side of the sound are pretty shitty, with across-the-board bad ratings and reviews. I bet hospice sounds fine after you've had to get treated by St. Michael Medical Center a few times.

It’s too bad there’s absolutely no way to know or keep track of when an annual subscription will renew, and thus what your deadline is for reaching out to cancel said subscription. Services never notify you, you can’t log on to your account to check, and taking personal responsibility by marking it on a calendar or setting some kind of reminder is just impossible and out of the question. Oh well, guess we all just have to go on unknowing, randomly losing money while our subscriptions just decide to renew themselves. Nothing to be done about it.

If her goal was to reject beauty*, finally something she didn't fail at. ...and no, of course, looks aren't everything, but she was a beautiful girl and by physical appearances [is she tall? She had a swan neck and iirc a soft ectomorphic figure, though ofc that was as a teen, but still] she would have been absolutely at home in the rich/ rich-adjacent world she was brought up in. That girl would have sailed through college getting her art history or whatever degree, maybe being the slightly "artsy" sister at a Top 5 sorority, hooked up with a future investment banker, gotten married within two years of graduating, maybe getting a masters while her fiancé went to Stern or Darden or Wharton, and gone on to volunteer as a docent or serve on a couple of junior committees at big museums until her husband made MD, then moved to Westchester, spending time following her horsey pursuits and planning weeks in Paris when not supervising the nannies.
Alternatively, if that world is too pat for a warrior like she sees herself, she might have been the parentally-subsidized Lower Manhattan hotspot server/host type earning some cash to cover utilities and art supplies while trying to get in at a gallery.
* she has not actually rejected wealth, having benefited from it in many ways over the last years. I bet her parents are still giving her at least something, in addition to throwing money down the drain at NYU.
