Blast Diffusion and Laceration were in the loot pools for Anachronia plant monsters before Raksha was added to the game. Fleeting didn't exist yet.

I was gonna mention that. I'm a few reqs off being able to do it on my iron, but alas. Regarding Raksha, iirc the rare drops are on a sub-table...
