Driver really wasn't the first in 3D. I know its a bullshit title anyway to autism argue over but there were games before driver that experimented...

You couldn't get out of the car in Driver 1, I don't think you could exit the vehicle and do stuff until the 2nd game, which iirc came out after GTA:3
