It's also almost exactly the fact pattern in the leading voice misappropriation case, Waits v. Frito-Lay, Inc. in which Tom Waits refused to do a Dorito's ad and the company instead hired a sound-alike. Kurt has clearly refused to allow his voice to be misappropriated in this way and they're still continuing to use it. Pedomelt and Cuckieta have essentially advertised exactly who this voice is.
Their gay little stunt of pretending it's a "parody" and now, pretending it isn't obviously Kurt, won't save them just like it didn't save Frito-Lay, who ended up shafted for over $2 million.
Both of these idiots have done the dumbest thing imaginable and walked straight into the fact pattern of the leading losing case of voice thieves.

Well, no. According to the clip that @Folgers Can just posted, the new voice sounds absolutely nothing like Kurt. Whereas I think in Waits case, the impersonator did sound like Waits.

This isn't vanilla intellectual property law, it's a codified common law tort with entirely different elements and without the same affirmative defenses.

The dysjunctive phrase "name image OR likeness" is satisfied by any of the three, and the leading case involves the misappropriation of a voice without explicitly labeling it as such, in that case, the voice of Tom Waits. The intent to misappropriate the voice was made explicit by the original attempt to solicit Waits for the use of his voice, which he declined (probably in fairly colorful language).
In another case, Vanna White sued Samsung over the use of a robot in an ad who, like White on Wheel of Fortune, turned letters on a game board. Despite the character being a robot and not naming her, the Ninth Circuit panel found in her favor that it was a misappropriation of her likeness.
Nick quite simply does not understand the nature of the tort at issue. This is because he is both stupid, lazy, and drug-addled.

I agree, Kurt's "contribution" is completely unrecognisable, which is exactly the direction every Pedotips.gg voice should be heading.
With luck, future takedown demands will push the rest of the roster of nonconsenting personalities into becoming similarly unidentifiable to anyone outside KF / Melton circles.
Pedotips.gg should look utterly foreign and off-putting to normies, discouraging its use entirely.
