The way i see it is compared to how the fact that Whitebeard confirmed to the whole world that it does exist and helped kick the new age of piracy...

It kind of doesn't matter, all 4(5 if shanks counts as its own) will probably put enough forces into it that whoever comes out on top of Paramount...

i think the war wont start till after the one piece is found. imu will end up getting exposed and it will be the thing that throws the world into...
