Nonsense, what Flygon has over Garchomp is a defensive niche. Even in Gen 3, when it was actually used, it's purpose was to outlive the attacker...

Lol I tried to clone Suicune and Mew in Silver when a friend traded it over for that purpose, and I failed so bad I lost them. Oops. X'D

its not related to mew exclusively, its a missingno related bug (probably due to values not updating with the level change). looks like it leaked...
