most of them don't even have answers for you going prone. they just ineffectually stab the air above you.

I want to say no for one.. I'm not willing to go back and check but I recall going on buildings as a get out of jail free card... I vaguely...

I remember in the Ezio trilogy most enemies could climb buildings to try and catch you they were just shit at doing so, but there was one "agile"...

They could yes, everyone except for brutes IIRC. The pathfinding wasn’t great though i remember them often just jumping from roof to roof.
