Diabetic Reminds me of a renaissance painting where the paintings are much more forgiving about the ugliness of the subject than the reality...

My regards to the artist for capturing the scabies, greasy hair, dark knuckles, moldy neck, fat chest, and overall dirty look, 10/10.

And to think, she's even fatter, dirtier, and grosser now.
