I understand a lot of what gets posted in this thread now that I've read this comment. Thank you, that's been enlightening.

We have ended up at this point like 20 different times in this thread but yep that basically sums up the tariff situation. We lose by doing deals...

It's not that simple. Let's say I agree to give you $100 and you give me $10, leaving me at a deficit of $90, but in exchange I get to fuck you in...
