I think we might have three possible scenarios:
  1. He’s abusing his prescription meds and taking more than he was ordered,
  2. He’s on something else completely but not crack,
  3. He stopped taking his prescription meds and is heading to another psychosis.

His Discord is filled with retards trying to do gayops against other streamers like papaonwings which he claimed deserved it (I have the screenshots somewhere, too busy to search for them right now), and other AustinGambles mods he recruited like nicofiend. OGClay is in his Discord, and he is in contact with that gayopping leafnigger. This is all 100% no gayops tho, frfr no cap ong, he's just trying to keep the gayops away. Sure, buddy. Go do a flip, McNutt yourself, etc etc.

Austin is dumb enough to buy Adderall/vyvanse/ritalin whatever off a dealer and assume he's good because they are "legal", not realizing he would piss hot anyway.

No, we only know he's been medicated for something for as long as this thread exists, that's as much detail he shared on stream. We don't know what, we only know that ratdad raids his room every couple of days to scream at him he needs to take his meds.

This has been the case with a few of Austin's sponsorships. Where he can gamble a certain amount, either time, or like with BC Game, the 3rd reload was his free to withdraw. With a $1500 reload on slots at modest wager you can expect to still retain 70-80% over an hour. Some days would be better than others but you'd expect to be able to walk with at least 700-800 of that reload at the end of your committed time. Manaaged correctly this could be quite lucrative. Even if Austin was just conservative with the one reload and kept just $500... then went a little crazy with subsequent reloads and lost them all he'd be making $2500 a week (with 2 days off) Thats $125K a year with 2 weeks vacation as well.

We are unaware of his actual medical prescriptions or diagnoses a its something he doesnt really talk about and the few mentions are very non-medical.

Its questionable if Austin even has medical insurance. His lawyer has mentioned mental issues in court, but not what they were. Most prescription uppers are for things like ADHD which honestly I do not see Austin having as much a problem with (he's just retarded). I believe any meds he should be on are anti-depressants and anti-psychotics. I dont believe his mother and father, who'd be paying cash for the prescriptions, would be dumb enough to let him get adderall. And if they did they'd be questioning why they are all gone in a day when its supposed to be a 30 day supply etc.

My non diagnoses is he's manic depressive.

If he's been prescribed an upper like Ritalin or whatever, I'd bet my left nut he buys more from his dealer and abuses it heavily. I know the question of "how he buys it" remains unanswered, but there's no doubt in my mind that a seasoned drug addict will find a way that will take even the best Kiwi investigators a while to catch up on.
I'm the furthest thing from a physician, so I don't know if it makes sense to prescribe something like this to a crack addict. On one hand, it might make sense to give him an upper to maybe ease his crack addiction by keeping his brain on stimulants and gradually lowering the dosage until he's not so fucked up anymore. On the other, any Psychiatrist in their right mind will take one quick look at his medical charts and will know there's 99.99% chance of abuse. And I don't know what the procedures are in treating addictions. Do you substitute something heavier with something lighter until the addict has their shit together?

But if they decide to look it up, they'll test for concentration. Meth/Amphetamines have half-life of like 4-5-6 hours? They'll check with the doc, they'll calculate how much of the substance is supposed to be in his pee and blood after the last intake(these things are taken X mg at a certain hour) If he's chugging 3x doses like tic-tacs whenever he feels like it, the officer will get bossmanjaw from the piss fumes.

My gut feeling tells me there's something like that going on now. He was medicated. Now he's over-medicated. You don't get over-medicated by following doctors' guidance. Nor do you get like that from too much coffee and nicotine.

The prescription has to be filed before you test positive for it, you can still be violated (but probably not convicted). They have a separate test for those with valid prescriptions that do/might trigger the generic amphetamine tests to isolate the source being from valid prescriptive drug, recreational, or abuse of the prescription. Its essentially an analysis of the concentration of the different isomers from metabolizing the amphetamine. Having a script is not a get out of jail free card, specially if you didnt provide it before. Austin should be taking mood stabiliziers. Think lithium, or anti convulsives which have mood stabilizing effects for those who are manic depressive (this is called bipolar but people seem to read bipolar incorrectly...Austin has swings from manic excitement to severe depression).

I'm not a doctor, but there is almost 0 chance anyone is giving Austin a script for uppers if they've spent more than 10 minutes in a room with him.

Yes.

For it to have a minimum impact he would need to report to probation upon check in, or before hand. If he's involuntarily committed by a judge he would be best to contact an attorney to report it.

A lot of people who relapse will come to the realization they are going to fail their drug tests and instead of testing will check themselves in somewhere for their mentals (or will claim they did). This is a common tactic to try to excuse a missed test or even failed tests (they gave me something in the hospital i dont know what it was i swear!)

Missed tests are failed tests and if you get enough of them you get hauled in front of the judge to explain yourself. If you have a few failed tests and then suddenly you're in the hospital/mental ward, or the opposite you're suddenly in the mental ward and miss a few tests, then come up failing the judge can interpret that as you using and trying to cover it up.

You really dont want to be coming into court constantly trying to explain away why you're missing appointments and tests. You then get increased supervision and mental appointments and medication become part of your probation and they start testing you to ensure you ARE on your meds... and can at that point revoke your probation if you dont take them as prescribed.

If he's back on his meds it takes a bit to kick in. SSRI's, with other antidepressents, increase chances of mania without other mood stabilizers. If he's going to the doctor complaining of feeling sad all the time they might just give him the SSRI, and not diagnosed the bipolar, so he's swinging into manias constantly. He might even like the manic episodes as they might remind him of doing crack.
