Idk you have to be pretty "cucked" to add something gay or whatever to your game in the first place. Being able to kill NPCs isn't an excuse.

Zippertits aren't woke either it's just an option, Veilguard isn't even that woke cause most of it is optional. Sure you won't get the best ending...
