Yes. Yes they are good. Most of the beef fat/fat I make Farmer's soap out of it. This also works well enough for washing clothes as well.

Technically, once you start cooking it, it's going to be cooking in beef tallow/fat unless you're doing something ridiculous like using 90%+ lean...
