ACFA and ACVD both have working multiplayer now iirc and when I played AC4 and ACFA a couple of years ago they worked just fine.

I've only tried 4 on Canary but it ran perfectly well and I could get the latest regulations as well.

AC4 and FA both work perfectly fine on emulator with mild tweaks that are easy to look up.
AC5 and VD are a bit trickier to get up and running...
