I never really saw people complaining about WD1 for the story only the downgrades, over promises, and gameplay. Watch dogs 2 is the better game...

I liked Watch Dogs 1, I think it's the only good game in the franchise. I played WD2, enjoyed the gameplay but hated the characters and the story.
