As long as you don't click on linkin_park.exe when getting your criterion remux, it's fine I guess. But, yeah, I haven't really used it much recently.

The only viable option for torrenting are private trackers.

If you practice prudence in selecting torrents and use a VPN you should be fine. Don't click on some sketchy shit. That goes for any torrent site.
