a 10 horsepower electric pump will be about what you want. that's about 7.5kW. you'll need 180 kWh, but round that up to 220kWh for those times...

Down hill? What elevation change? It sounds like you’d just want a way of starting a syphon and let gravity do the rest. Or at least the pump...
