Comma-la Apparently she gets really upset if you stress the second syllable and make it Ka-MAH-la, probably because it sounds more foreign

To this day I still don't know if it's pronounced "Ka-Ma-La" or "Camel-a". I've heard both interchangeably. Oh, thank you. Ka-MAH-la it is.

It's not exactly intuitive but it is pronounced "Gammera." Oh, also her nickname is "The Invincible." As we can see from this campaign poster...
