The only one I got is Seal of the Pharaoh for the 3DO.

Any chance it was an SMT game? Some of the demons in that are distinctly Egyptian.

On NES there was one by Falcom, I think. Check out Tombs & Treasure, that might be it. I haven't played it but vaguely recall similar details.

Lots, especially during the early 90s. Was it just Japanese or did it had an international release?
