If the case of a defamation suit was strong, why not pursue it to ensure this doesn't happen again

TLDR: It all could’ve happened but we double checked and made sure there was no evidence of it.

I'm genuinely surprised that the sponsors allow this. It's definitely not common - "don't run AdSense on the video" is sponsored content contract...
