I can't speak from personal experience, but I highly, highly doubt a 25% shipping charge for a product of that sets size is normal or anywhere...

Thats close to how much Europeans I know paid for shipping for mid-sized pledges back during the Clans kickstarter.

My shipping cost to US for base $80 pledge went from $28 to $22, which is better, but still bad compared to the norm.
