Best/Funniest use is to pop it on a survivor you didn't hook or stalk yet. Sure you lose your Power permanently by killing a non-stalked survivor...

You can almost guarantee it by stalking to tier 2, get it at close as possible to 3 as you can , down a survivor normally, hook them, then wait...
