I wonder if that's got anything to do with the awful feedback they've gotten from the South American DLC. Personally I have no interest in it...

They do this a lot. TBF makes economic sense since refunding hundreds of thousands of players years later would not be economically feasible.

An absolutely sure sign that none of the nations in the DLC will ever get a focus tree revamp.
