Aveda products are pretty solid if you're willing to drop some money. It's not oil but their leave-in conditioner is just about the only product...

n.b. I make many of my HABA decisions at the grocery store after midnight. Works for dry ends in basic Caucasian hair, though.

This stuff is excellent but the company is based in Belgium and I'm not sure what the global availability is like.
