iirc they had this anti-reselling line for YEARS on European (or, at least, Russian) discs. I don't think this bullshit is enforceable, but hey...

Dumb question, but what happens if you resell anyway? They arrest you? What happens if you directly contact someone to sell the disc?

Good luck enforcing that.
