No. It's still a limited budget game and it shows. Mechanically, it's rather clear that it is a derivative of the Far Cry/nuFallout systems...

It gets better when you meet the first terminators. The DLC (free and paid) were great too. Stick with it.

I'll just reiterate what other people have said. Its clunky and low-budget as hell, but god damn do the people who made it have some actual love...
