Character stats and the setting are what I would consider the foundation of an RPG, and The Outer Worlds bungled both.

I'd be more forgiving of OW if it wasn't jerked as the Fallout killer since its very first teaser. Which is exactly what it was advertised as...

TTW really does tie the two games together, it's almost a completely new experience compared to just F3 or NV by itself. Just wish the NV portion...
